About Me

Hello there! My name is Gray. I live in Brighton with my fiancé and our two sweet little boys. I am passionate about living a natural and holistic lifestyle. I am a certified birth & postpartum doula. I specialize in unmedicated births and breastfeeding support. I have experience in home birth, assisted and unassisted, and hospital birth. 

I fell in love with all things birth in 2021 after becoming pregnant with my first son and knew from early on that I wanted a peaceful, unmedicated, physiological birth, and knew I wanted to breastfeed him. When things didn't go as planned, I wanted to find out why? 

And so I did! I found out the power that comes with support and knowledge throughout the entire journey, from conception to postpartum. I dove headfirst into learning, and discovered a way to help others achieve their ideal birth, which brought me into the fulfilling world of doula work.
After becoming an expert on pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and breastfeeding, I began helping other moms, and had the most amazing, hands-off home birth with my second son. I truly love my job and feel so privileged to be on this path in life.
